Beginning dinnerware from slabs (make a set of dishes) Intermediate and advanced handbuilding (piece together large bowls and vases) Beginning wheel throwing (start using the wheel to make small bowls) Intermediate and advanced wheel throwing (continue to improve wheel skills) Garden Sculpture (everything made in class can be kept outside) Decorative tiles (create a distinctive design and produce a set of tiles) Ceramic lights (cut out designs to create light shade and tea lights) Casting (create original sculptures and cast them in soap or wax) Independent study (work on your own project during class time)
